Hi Nona! This really resonated. I have found that breathwork and dance help move things through in surprising and powerful ways. These practices have enabled me to let go of things that I didn't realise I was carrying from places in my body I didn't even realise I was holding onto them. Freeing on every level! More recently, I've started a yoga practice in a Mysore-style studio. I'm finding the process of turning up and doing the same sequence on my own, in a room full of people doing their sequences on their own, really amazing. The sequence becomes a container for everything we bring that day and we can build on it over time, with the help of an amazing teacher and space-holder. I'll report back from the field!
